Broccoli-Kasha Bake

Dinner

  • 1 box frozen broccoli
  • 1 1/2 Cups kasha (often found in ethnic or gourmet sections of supermarkets)
  • Slices of cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons oil

Cook broccoli and drain. Cook kasha. Mash broccoli and mix with kasha. Place in oiled baking dish. Cover with strips of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.

Serves: 6
