Crunchy PB and Apple Sandwich

Lunch and Sandwiches


  • Peanut butter
  • Apple cereal (grapenuts or any "flakes" cereal)
  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread

Spread peanut butter to your liking on each slice of bread. Slice apple vertically into flat pieces and place on one of the pieces of bread. (you probably won't need the whole apple) On the other slice of bread, add a little cereal so that it sticks to the peanut butter and covers the bread completely. Place the slices together and serve.
