Pepper, Onion, Tofu Scramble

Breakfast

  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 1 green pepper, chopped finely
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 pound soft tofu crumbled

Sauté onion and pepper in oil for 3 minutes. add tofu to mixture in frying pan. Stir-fry 5 minutes longer and serve warm.

Serves: 2-3
