Pita Fajita Salad Sandwich

Lunch and Sandwiches


  • 2 pitas
  • Lettuce or sprouts (if not using lettuce)
  • Tomatoes
  • Fresh mushrooms
  • Cucumber
  • Any other vegetables you might have on hand

Chop and wash all the above ingredients and assemble in a bowl. Toss together like a salad and add your favorite dressing. Wrap in a pita and enjoy! Great for a quick snack!
