Potato Pancakes

Lunch and Sandwiches


  • 3 Cups potatoes, mashed (precooked or canned)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Handful of parsley (optional)
  • 3 Tablespoons oil
  • Instructions:
    Add onion and seasoning to mashed potatoes. Fry in oiled pan until golden on both sides

    Serves: 6
