Simple Holiday Stuffing



  • 1 small onion, chopping
  • 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. soy margarine
  • 2-3 tsp. sage
  • 1 small can chopped or sliced mushrooms
  • 14.5 oz. can of vegetable broth
  • 14 oz. bag of cubed bread stuffing (seasoned if available)

Melt margarine in pan, add onions and celery. Cook until tender. Add sage and mushrooms. Put stuffing and broth in a bowl, and add veggies. Mix very well, mash bread together. Add extra water if needed. put in baking dish and cover. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Enjoy! Be creative and try different veggies or even fruit, like apples or cranberries.
