Wholemeal Vegan Pancakes

Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup wholemeal self raising flour
  • 1/2 basking powder
  • 1/3 brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons egg replacer
  • 1 1/2 cups of water or soy/rice milk
  • Vegetable oil or Dairy-free spread

Instructions:
Place everything in a bowl and mix it together really well. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil/spread.. Spoon in a ladle-full of the pancake mixture, and flip once the bubbles are coming through. Once both sides are cooked, remove from the pan. Serve warm with syrup, jam or jelly.
